Will anyone know what I ordered?
Your order is shipped in plain packaging. The outside label uses the fulfilment name only and does not list the products.
How long does delivery take?
South African delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days. International orders usually take 10–20 business days. Final timing depends on the chosen supplier and customs.
Can intimate products be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Sealed, unused products may be considered within 14 days. Faulty or incorrect products remain covered.
How should products be cleaned?
Follow the manufacturer's instructions. In general, use warm water and a suitable unscented toy cleaner, avoid harsh chemicals and never submerge a non-waterproof product.
Is every product waterproof?
No. Each supplier listing must be checked before launch and the exact water-resistance rating shown on the final product page.
